Supplemental insurance provides additional protection for employees where their company benefits plan stops. Peralta provides access to supplemental insurance through AFLAC. Note, deductions will be taken on a PRE-tax basis. Since deductions are on a pre-tax basis, IRS rules must be applied (you may only add additional coverage or delete coverage during open enrollment or if you experience a HIPAA Qualifying Life Change).
